What's Inspected During A Home Inspection

What is a Home Inspection?

As a Home Inspector, I perform a visual (non-invasive) inspection of a house in an effort to report on any system or components that are not functioning as designed or have not been installed, built, applied, or maintained correctly.  If a problem or a symptom of a problem is found, I will include my findings (with photograph when possible) in a written report. I also will provide guidance for correction of the problem, recommend a course of action, and answer any questions you may have regarding the home.
